After life expectancy evaluation providers complete the medical evaluation and assign a life expectancy rating, the results are sent to Life Settlement Solutions Inc.
Once Life Settlement Solutions receives these results, the policy is priced accordingly using the life expectancy and the minimum anticipated premiums as determined from information in the policy illustration.
Life Settlement Solutions Inc., will review the policy, contract and due–diligence documentation received from the policy owner, premium illustration, verification of coverage from the insurance carrier and other information for accuracy and completeness.
Each item submitted is reviewed against a detailed check–list to ensure that the policy meets all eligibility criteria. The transaction is reviewed to ensure that it complies with regulatory requirements and correspond to the company's internal underwriting standards (see the origination section of this Web site). There are a number of other formal tests applied to each policy before it is eligible for purchase.
